- Delivery Coverage
We currently ship to:
● All states within Nigeria (Local Delivery)
● Multiple international destinations (Please contact support for specific countries and
rates if not displayed during checkout)
- Processing Time
● Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
● Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays.
- Delivery Timeline
● Local Delivery (Nigeria): Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days after order
processing.
● International Delivery: Estimated delivery time is up to 12 business days, depending
on the destination country and local customs procedures.
- Shipping Rates
● Local Shipping (Nigeria):
○ Shipping cost ranges from ₦5,000 to ₦10,000, depending on the delivery
location and package weight.
● International Shipping:
○ Shipping costs can go up to ₦200,000, based on the destination, product
category, and courier service used.
○ The final shipping cost will be displayed during checkout or communicated by
our support team before finalising your order.
- Customs & Duties
● International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes,
or import fees imposed by their country.
● Olugblobal International is not responsible for delays caused by customs
inspections or procedures.
- Delivery Method & Tracking
● Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners, both local and international.
● A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched, allowing you to
monitor delivery progress.
● In case of delays beyond estimated delivery windows, please contact our support
team for assistance.
- Failed Deliveries
● If a package is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or recipient
unavailability, the customer may be responsible for the reshipping cost.

- Shipping Restrictions
● We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
