- Both new and used devices are eligible for return if the fault is due to a manufacturing or functional issue.

- All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted under this policy.

To initiate a return:

- Include a description of the issue and photos or videos of the defect.
- Await authorisation before shipping the product back.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We advise using a trackable shipping method. Olugblobal International is not liable for returned items lost in transit.
5. Inspection & Approval
Once your returned product is received:
- Our team will inspect the item to confirm the reported issue.
- If the product is confirmed to be faulty and in original condition, the return will be approved.
6. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (e.g., card or cryptocurrency).
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
7. Replacements
- Instead of a refund, customers may request a replacement of the same item, subject to availability.
- If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
8. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Products returned after the 7-day window.
- Items damaged by improper handling or user error.

9. Used Products Disclaimer
Used (pre-owned) devices are sold as-is with full disclosure of their condition. However, if a defect is present that wasn’t disclosed or apparent at the time of sale, such items are still eligible for return under this policy.
