• 🔒 Face ID or fingerprint sensor issues beyond 7 days from the delivery date

• 🖥️ Blank screens, ink spills, or pressure dents on the display

• 🔋 Phones with degraded or damaged battery health

• All devices are tested before shipment. We strongly advise buyers to inspect and test devices within 24–48 hours of receiving them.

• We do not offer replacement or support for issues arising from user error, unauthorised repairs, or negligence.

• No returns or warranty claims will be entertained without proof of purchase.
